Major News Fueling the Future of MicroLED: VueReal Secures Access to USD $40.5 Million Investment to Scale Production and Expand Its Global Ecosystem

Recently, we announced access to $40.5 million in Series C funding—led by Export Development Canada (EDC) and supported by Cycle Capital, BDC Capital’s Cleantech Practice, and TDK Ventures. The funding will enable us to accelerate microLED production and ecosystem growth to help our partners bring cutting-edge technology to market.

Rick Coccimiglio, CPA, CMA Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Rick drives financial strategy, ensures fiscal health, and optimizes capital allocation to support business growth and sustainability. He leads financial planning, risk management, and reporting, ensuring compliance while providing key insights to guide executive decision-making. Additionally, he plays a strategic role in fundraising, investor relations, and operational efficiency, aligning financial priorities with the company’s long-term vision.

Robert Selley Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Robert Selley is VueReal's Chief Commercial Officer, leveraging over 25 years of semiconductor leadership to drive the expansion of MicroSolid Printing™ and develop a global microLED and micro semiconductor ecosystem. He has a proven track record of accelerating revenue growth and building high-performing teams at Nova Semiconductor and FormFactor. With an MBA and a strong customer-centric approach, Selley leads VueReal’s global sales, marketing, and product teams, spearheading growth initiatives across key sectors, including consumer electronics, automotive, and AR/VR.

Giuseppe Buscemi VP of Semiconductor Engineering

Giuseppe drives VueReal’s process optimization and manufacturability, ensuring high-yield and scalable production of applications based on the microSolid Printing platform. His role focuses on the advanced development of next-generation cartridges, microdevices, and integration processes, pushing the boundaries of innovation in microSolid Printing. By leveraging deep expertise in semiconductor processes, Giuseppe enhances efficiency, improves reliability, and accelerates the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies, positioning VueReal at the forefront of microdevice manufacturing.

Jason Ruppert VP of Operations

Jason drives the seamless and efficient execution across all operational facets, including vendor management and qualification, production scale-up, and the smooth operation of internal and external facilities. He plays a critical role in scaling VueReal’s manufacturing capabilities while maintaining high quality and efficiency by optimizing supply chain strategies, streamlining production workflows, and fostering strong partnerships with vendors. His leadership ensures that operational processes align with business objectives, enabling sustainable growth and innovation.

Shawn Mills VP of Engineering

Shawn drives the development of cutting-edge applications based on the microSolid Printing platform. He also leads efforts in data acquisition, tool integration, and automation, ensuring seamless operation and enhanced platform efficiency. Shawn optimizes the VueReal platform’s capabilities by leveraging advanced engineering principles and cross-functional collaboration, enabling scalable, high-performance solutions for next-generation microdevice manufacturing.

Laura Tarrant Director of Human Resources

Laura drives the HR and Talent Acquisition processes, fostering a continuous learning and development culture, supporting performance management, boosting employee engagement, and promoting strong team dynamics. Laura's work involves managing executive tasks, handling strategic programs, designing training initiatives, planning resources and budgets, shaping organizational development, and addressing employee relations with care, professionalism, and HR-related.
